She dodged the fire with a swing of her sword, unleashing another whirlwind slash to blow the flames that came towards her. She held her sword up to the sky again and soon, a large vortex began to appear.

Technique: Wind Dragon Storm
Stamina Required: 16
Hp Deduction: Stength: 11 Intelligance 15
Description: This technique alters the weather conditions temporarily and attacks from the sky rather than from the person. The storm clouds that create the attack dissipate immediately after the tornado begins while the tornado continues in a highly concentrated state.
Pros: Kyoko is also able to summon lightning from the sky and pick up the opponent in a cyclone.
Cons: It takes a lot of energy and concentrate to create this attack and keep it under control.

Kyoko used the large tornado to slowly suck him inside and slash him with her wind attack.

*get blow back by the vortex*

She watches him get blown back by the vortex so she decides to finish things off by sucking him right into the vortex, the wind slashing at his body a few times.

*encases himself in a ball of fire , the fire absorbs the vortex but I still get cut*

She watches as the vortex disappears and she frowns. "I'm not done!" She blew out several wind balls right at him that came at him at a high speed. They might've been small, but if he got hit by even one, it could do some serious damage.

Description: This allows Kyoko to breathe wind-infused energy into the palm of her hand, shaping it into a small ball shape whirlwind. Then she will shoot it at her opponent.
Pros: It's very fast and very powerful, enough to smash through thick rocks.
Cons: It's small, and it takes precise aim to hit on target.

I didn't spend all that time just train my power I also used some of my attacks on me to improve on dodging*

(But did you bother to read what my attacks do or the advantages of it that makes it more difficult to doge? You can't dodge every single attack...you gotta take some hits...)
