*Soren walked along the area e seemed paler then usual and all around a disgrace to anyone that had seen him until he got to the point where he could no longer walk anymore and he laid there until it turned night and he looked up sighing thinking to himself* why am I here what's my purpose.....and exactly why am I here....these things they haunt me as well as laugh in my face...Who am I?! *As soren stared up at the stars and the night sky he began to get up falling over and he laughed at himself* "Great so weak that I cannot get up again...what failure you are."

"I-I'm sorry!! Is a number 9 really that bad!?!?" Ayumi asked franticly, horror strucked her face.

*Soren sighs* "Is it wait what were you thinking when I said one through ten..I mean ten as the lowest unless you mean nine as a high number..."

Ayumi slowly shooked her head.

"Awe...well now I don't feel like moving...." *Soren just sighed and laid there irritated*

"W-Well, You have to get up sooner or later." Ayumi said, sweatdropping.

"Nope I don't..." *Soren says this with a bit of sarcasm and lays there then rolls on his back looking upward at the night sky*

"Will you be ok...?" Ayumi asked quietly as she kneeled down next to him.

"Yeah...I suppose so....let me guess your going to leave aren't you?" *he said looking at her and closing his eyes waiting for the answer*

"Eh? I can't leave you here." Ayumi said, fully sitting down.

"Huh...well you could I was just saying....if you need to you can.." *Soren sighs embrassing himself again*

"Nah. I got nothing better to do." Ayumi said, grinning at Soren.

"Awesome..." *Soren smiled and gave a small laugh loooking up at the starry sky he looked over at her* "Do you ever think I am going to be strong enough to protect anyone..."

Ayumi looked over to him and smiled.
"I'm sure, you got a good heart Soren." she said grinning.

"You think so...even after what I did to that girl....I took her only chance away and she'll continue to hate me for it..." *Soren looked back up at the sky think of theat girl which he couldn't protect*

"You saved her Soren, you know that?" Ayumi said, giving him a peace sign.

"Yeah but still...I caused her pain and sufferingas well is nothing acheivable without t...those this that exist in every world and in everyone.."

Ayumi smiled at Soren sadly.

"...I am sorry Ayumi...those thing shouldn't been said..." *Soren sighed smugily knowing he hurt your feelings*

"huh? No.. it's fine... I'm just remembering something from a long time ago...." Ayumi said, smiling slightly.

"Hmm and what would that be...that is if you want to share that....kind of information with me.."

"Ah. It's just a long time old memories with my mom." Ayumi said grinning.

"I see...sorry for asking...." *Soren rubbed his head and looked at her* "You know I am indebted to you."

Ayumi tilted her head confusingly.
"You are?"

"Yep because instead of avoiding me like the others you offered me friendship and light something I always..needed and for that I won't let a thing happen to you or anyone else because these people I am going to claim responibilty for them as if I was the father..or their god."

Ayumi smiled at him.
"You're a really good person." She said with a soft, warm and kind voice, grinning at him.
